Having already achieved success as a realtor, being the head of a residential real estate department at one of major real estate companies, I had a grasp on the importance of my profession, its scope and complexity.

I wanted to bring into focus the import aspects of brokerage, its advantages and disadvantages. Create a company of like-minded individuals, engage and captivate people with a new approach, know-how and a non-trivial view of real estate.

I put a lot of work and soul into the creation of my company. My family, colleagues and friends supported me in this endeavor. I encountered wonderful people who became my associates and colleagues.

Together we began to create an innovative real estate company staffed with educated, ethical, purposeful enthusiasts!

April 2005 - November 2010: worked at one of major real estate companies in Yekaterinburg, managed the segment of resettlement of residents if old buildings for implementation of new construction projects by Yekaterinburg’s construction and investment companies, as well as sales of newly built residential properties.

Since October 2010: Managing Director and owner (founder) of Zyryanova Real Estate Bureau LLC.

Since 2015: Member of the Board of the "Ural Chamber of Real Estate" Non-Commercial Partnership.

Since 2015: Head of the Committee for Interaction with Authorities and Partners of the "Ural Chamber of Real Estate" Non-Commercial Partnership.

Participates as a moderator and/or speaker in major regional- and national-level events dedicated to the real estate market.

She is a member of various working groups and study teams of the "Ural Chamber of Real Estate" and the "Russian Guild of Realtors".

She is regularly invited as an expert to participate in discussions of issues concerning the real estate market, authorities, public and business associations, and the media.

Does charity work. Participates in the annual "Ekaterininskaya Assembly" fundraiser of the Sverdlovsk Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, provides regular support to “Nadezhda” Social Assistance Center, “Aistyonok” Interregional Family Support Agency, Roizman Foundation, orphanages, and vulnerable individuals in case of request.

In 2022, she assumed the position as President of the "Russian Guild of Realtors" and holds the position to this day.
